Multiple Tea Commerce Running Simultaneously

Is it possible to have Multiple Tea Commerce stores within an Umbraco multi-site environment where each Tea Commerce store is unique and skinned differently?

Yes. You can run multi store setup in Tea Commerce 2 and then use Umbraco to make different skins.
