I realise this is morte a question for Paypal, but I'm hoping someone here might be able to answert it quicker than it usually takes them.
My client is using the one Paypal account for several sites. Each of these is passing a return url (in the uCommerce payapl.config) if they enable Auto Return, will Paypal use this value? (Their notes on it say you need specify the url in their settings which suggests you can only have the one for an account)
I'm not sure about auto return, but for manual return they will use the return URL passed in by uCommerce so I would assume that it works the same for if you turn on the auto return feature.
If you pass a return URL it will be used over the URL set in your account profile. Auto return will only auto return the buyers who login to their PayPal account to complete the payment. Buyers who use a credit card without logging in will always return to the PayPal confirmation page first.
You can change the text of the return to merchant link to your own with the use of the "cbt" parameter. The value of "cbt" will be the text of the return link on the PayPal checkout page.
Paypal auto return
