    Product Definition Fields Mandatory

    I have a few ShortText fields setup for one of my product definitions. I dont know what has changed but when I add products I cant save due to these shorttext fields being mandatory. I have added products before without these fields being mandatory so not sure why this is happening now.

    It is because ShortText fields are mandatory, it gives a few issues.

    The best way to bypass those issues is simply to remove the mandatory part.

    In the table uCommerce_DataType  you just have to change the Nullable field for ShortText. That should fix your issue.
