    Braintree Default Gateway won't submit transaction with option to settle

    In my opinion the default Braintree gateway that is included with uCommerce should allow for this configuration otherwise the transaction has to be manually settled.

    This needs to be added to the tr_data field before it is hashed:  transaction[options][submit_for_settlement]

    I propose that it be made into a configuration value:

    <braintreePaymentMethodService SettleTransactionOnSubmit="true" .../>
